DUNKIN’ Exchange Arcade

1. Donut was great coffee not so much. Service was dire! The employee serving just didn’t care at all, was to busy gossiping about others she didn’t like working with and there hygiene was awful licking you fingers and then just putting you hands under running water not actually washing them in a food and beverage establishment isn’t exactly ideal!

2. I got served by George and he was very nice towards me and my friend. He recommended me some choices of foods and drink. Had a smile on his face. He made sure when making our drinks if we had any allergies just in case and Overall made our experience a joy! Thank you!

3. I came here a few days ago and met three lovely darustas Megan, George and Harley. They offered me a laugh and comfort while making my drinks. They were exactly delightful and it reminds me of why I love dunkin as a coffee chain so much. Much love to all three

4. Megan & Christie were so lovely! Friendly and bubbly and Dunkin’ should be thankful to have employees like these ladies!

5. The customer service received was appalling! The server and manager were both speaking condescendingly and outright rude. My order was wrong and instead of offering to correct the order, the server stated I had ordered wrong when it was clear miscommunication, and that they cannot offer to change everyone’s drink. I ordered a cappuccino with caramel, and she was making a caramel Frappuccino – spoken to in a very rude and blunt manner. Dunkin donuts is good as a franchise however, I will not be visiting this branch due to the horrible customer service. This is not the way to treat customers.
