Dutch Bros Coffee

1. Just a bunch of high school age kids, playing loud music, that don’t care at all. I’ve been here numerous times and I can’t stand coming here because the wait is so unbelievably long its ridiculous. I’ve never seen a more slow coffee shop in my life than this place. Always a 30-45 min commitment of time to get a dang coffee. I have left this coffee line before because it takes too long. Just today one car sat at the window for at least 10 min. I have never had these waits ever at Starbucks or Ziggis. I won’t be coming back if you can’t be considerate of people’s time and STOP asking me if I want to tip for a coffee. The answer is always no! Pay your own employees!!

2. The slowest Dutch Bros out there.

   I waited over 30 minutes in a drive-thru line with just 10 cars, and it was brutal. The staff didn’t seem to care at all, and the service has really gone downhill. It used to be a lot better, but now it feels like they’ve just stopped trying.

3. If I could give my visit to Dutch bros today no stars I would. Dutch bros is all about SPEED, QUALITY, and SERVICE. We sat in the drive through line AFTER our order was taken for 45 minutes today. I have never had to wait that long at any coffee place for my drinks. The drive through line was all out of order and cars who ordered way after we did are going ahead of us. This is just not the Dutch bros ways. And someone should really have a talk with the staff and remind them of what Dutch bros stands for. Remind them of the Dutch creed

4. I love Dutch Bros and I think I’ve always left five star reviews for them. But this location is awful. Drive thru was busy, walk up window wasn’t, but cars that came to drive thru after I placed my order had drinks before I did.
   Order wasn’t made like I requested and I’m sure they would’ve fixed it, but I didn’t want to wait any longer.
   Dutch Bros, I want a location in downtown Denver and if we ever get one, please don’t make it like this location.

5. This was my first time at a Dutch brothers, the Barista was extremely friendly and very helpful, and because it was my first time she gave me my drink! More places could learn how to treat their customers like Dutch brothers. Definitely be back thank you
