Dutch Bros Coffee

1. WOW 🤯 THANKS CHOPS AND ASPEN!!! Your customer service was Top Notch, the coffee is EXACTLY what we needed for this day! Forgot to grab creamer last night and sure glad I did! If you need a smile for the day swing in and see these 2!

2. The staff is so friendly. However I wish I could say my drink was amazing. Wasn’t worth it. I order black tea starry night extra flavor with honey. And each time it’s disappointing. With ice it’s too much ice. And as a cold pour well it wasn’t cold or had no flavor.

3. I’ve been here several times and the staff here make me uneasy. They seem like they’d rather be anywhere else and it translates to their customer service. They come across as very bored, aloof and disinterested. For example, today I had my birthday drink already selected in the app. Yet when they scanned my code and told me my total, I knew it was wrong. So I had to ask about my birthday drink and this man’s whole tone changed. It was like I ruined his day by asking a simple question! He made a comment under his breath with a sigh, tapped away at his pad and then gave me my new total. I try to be understanding, but of all the Dutch Bros in my area that I visit, this one is the worst by service standards.

4. Love love the coffee ! But why do you have 4 people standing around while 1 person makes drinks?? Makes no sense at all. But when kids run the place, what’s expected lol

   I think they forget that people at the walk up window can see them…

5. This was my second time coming to this location, and I will never visit again. The first time the young lady was standing outside in front of the window having a conversation and the proceeds to go inside to the window and continues their conversation for another couple of min. This time I order a small golden eagle which came out to 6.28. I was not given the option to tip like at other locations. But when I received my receipt it had a 3 dollar tip added to it.
