I’m a waitress and my favorite customer regularly picks up a blended grasshopper for me. Today, the air conditioner was struggling at the restaurant and so was I. The frosty drink was more of a necessity than a treat. Unfortunately, a flying friend decided he could use a cold drink as well. I text the picture to my buddy to commiserate on my poor luck. My HERO drove back to get me another and upon hearing the story, the amazing staff refused payment for the replacement. A great big thank you for making a miserable day much more tolerable!

unacceptable. Customer service was told card reader died in the middle of transaction check my bank account that right moment, and there was a pending transaction asked me to pay again, because the pending transaction was not going to go through!!! acted like I wasn’t able to pay and called me love!!! mind you it took three employees for them to figure out or attempt to figure it out and charge me again!!!
I love this dutch brothers. They are fast, and have amazing customer service! They even recognize their regulars! After a couple hundred visits here, It’s clear that they have excellent management. This is the only way they could maintain the atmosphere, and the quality of service.
