Dutch Bros Coffee

1. I had to walk off from waiting for my drink because the employees can be extra, extra slow and this was the case. Can’t be late for work just to buy and overpriced latte’. More well known place down the street is much faster, cheaper, and better quality. Notice the cut n’ paste reply from the carefree mgmt.

2. Dear Dutch bros,
   Please teach your employees to prepare the drinks like they are pictured in your advertisements. The first photo is false advertisement and this is the “corrected” drink. The second photo is the drink prior to me sending it back. When soft top is a whole dollar more, I shouldn’t have to send my drink back to make sure that I get the correct amount. I was also told, when I asked them to correct my drink, that it was hard to fix because the soft top is really clumpy. Nobody wants to hear that they’re going to drink something clumpy.
   Update: I have received better service the last few times I visited

3. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the kind hard working workers here. Not only that but this place has made my favorite drinks taste so much better than any other Dutch Bros stores! I love going here whenever I get the chance! They also have a lounge area INDOORS! Would highly recommend!

4. I went for the straw topper promotion and the girl that helped me said it was only for large drinks but in the app and a different location didn’t say anything about a large drink. Feels very unfair that every other location was doing the promotion with “any purchase”.

5. The staff at this place is probably the friendliest I have ever come across. My partner and I, along with our dog, have been here only twice, but their excellent service and coffee have already made them our go-to coffee spot, surpassing all the other options we have tried. Keep up the great work!
