1. If you’re a fan of small plates that showcase bold flavors and masterful techniques, this place is your kind of paradise!

   The atmosphere is effortlessly relaxed, perfect for days when you want to treat yourself, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a laid-back yet exceptional dining experience. The staff is spot on—attentive, friendly, and fast.

   But the food… Ohhhh the food… Every bite is like going to heaven and back.

   We ordered six small plates between the two of us, yet I only managed to snap a photo of one (this is their gnocchi); I was too busy forgetting the world and enjoying that moment…

   The chefs are nothing short of brilliant, crafting edible works of art that truly elevate each bite. I’d travel back just to eat here again—no question about it!

   Thank you for an unforgettable meal. You are absolutely outstanding!

   *PS. I am vegetarian and my husband is a meat eater – there’s plenty of choices for all.

2. Dinner at EDO was amazing and it’s a restaurant I’ll definitely go there whenever I’m back in Belfast. I’d also recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The service is really fantastic and the food is delicious. The ambience is a bit loud, but that’s just a small detail in comparison to all the rest. My highlights were the ham croquettes and the langoustine fritters. The croquettes were so good that I ordered them twice.

3. We visited Edo on a busy Saturday evening to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Despite the lively crowd, the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

   A thoughtful touch was the complimentary glass of prosecco they gave my friend upon arrival to celebrate her birthday, which made the night extra special. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

   As for the food, we ordered a variety of dishes including the vegetable platter, seasonal artichoke, calamari, and the highlight of the evening – the pork belly. The pork belly was simply amazing, definitely the best dish of the night. Each plate was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor.

   To top it all off, we ordered churros for dessert, and the staff surprised us by adding a birthday candle to them, making the celebration even more memorable. Little details like that really made our night feel special.

   Overall, Edo offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food, great service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Perfect for any occasion – we’ll definitely be back!

5. Amazing spanish restaurant! I really appreciated all the dishes i tasted…so good pairings within ingredients, very good presentations, kind and careful service staff…5 stars is minimum!
