  1. This was a lovely spot for breakfast. Essentially in a cute house with seating feeling like you’re dining with friends. The food was tasty as well and the service was amazing. Our server was friendly, conversational and attentive. Would definitely go back here for breakfast, but be aware the queue can get long on a weekend morning.

  2. You can find good food and a terrible attitude from the servers at this restaurant. Turkish eggs were yummy, however the horrible service ruined the experience. I understand the area is touristy, but perhaps the servers need to find a different job. It was a rainy day and not busy, yet we still waited over 10 minutes to order. The servers talk down on you. We listened to the table next to us ask if they could accommodate their vegan requests or anything with tofu and the African American server rudely yelled at them FIRST READ THE MENU. This is not how you treat a paying customer.

I also don’t appreciate a server having assumed my race/ethnicity. I was speaking in English, at no point did I speak Spanish yet the server that walked us to our table spoke to me in Spanish. Why assume?

You are also expected to pay the bill at your table with a QR code. Keep in mind there is a 12% surcharge added and they ask for tip on top of that.

Stay away from this tourist trap.

  3. It’s a busy breakfast spot, so be prepared to wait in line, but it was fast. The interior was very nice and cozy, and the staff were friendly. Food was fresh and colorful. For me the star was the Moroccan Superfood Bowl. Excellent balanced flavors!

  4. Without a reservation you habe to wait a bit but it’s possible. They have two floors and unfortunately we got seated downstairs in the cellar. They tried to make it look nice but it was not a great ambient to eat, it was quite dark and also smelled a bit funny. The egg-cheese-bacon toasty was the reason we came but it wasn’t really good. The pancakes were also mediocre. The chicken sandwich/burger was very nice though. But the prices are too much! Not very special Pancakes for 16£ ??! What for, honestly!

  5. I had a fantastic time at Eggbreak for the second time! The food was just as delicious—fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. The service was great again, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly without hovering. The cozy atmosphere made it even better. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a relaxed spot. I’ll be back for sure!
