El Prado Bar & Restaurant

1. Food was excellent, lamb and meatballs was so delicious and so tender that you could cut with a spoon! Will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place.

2. Great dining room with tasty foods that’s been sourced locally in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. The sheep meatballs was absolutely delicious and the meat is tender and juicy. The beef fillet medallions is also a great dish as the beef is succulent; however, I do wish they go easy on the salt as it is a bit too savoury. Overall, I had a pleasant experience here 🙂 Shout out to the staff here too, friendly and helpful~

3. Had Sunday lunch here yesterday as enjoyed it so much last time. But, not the same standard. Veggie options poor, no real alternative to the meat dishes. Veggie lasagne was only option for Sunday lunch. Roasted veggies were over cooked & dry. Atmosphere great & always lovely to be with family, but must say, disappointed with food. Beef was gorgeous though. Service brill.

4. Went with a group of 5 , welcoming and friendly service from the get go. Drinks were constantly replenished as and when , staff were always trying to see if they could get us anything else (not to an irritating point at all , well spaced time wise ) food was quick and tasty , looked very appetising and taste to match . My only gripe is that we were not explained the premise of walking up to the counter to order the food , so we did sit around for a good while before one of us had to ask , however I understand that most locals know this prior to coming.

5. My friend and I opted for the specials and we weren’t disappointed. Both meals were delicious. I had the cod which had the most amazing crispy coating , full of flavour. My friend had the pie which was full of meat and a delicious sauce. I have to say the fries were delightful . Each dish as a one course was sixteen pounds…. very good value. We will return to this elegant restaurant.
