Espresso Plus

1. As a regular customer of this independent business where we are usually happy with the food and service, we were quite disappointed today that my son was unable to eat his pancakes as they were too hard. I did express this to the staff but unfortunately no alternatives were offered and we also had to pay full price for the food that wasn’t even eaten.

   He was only able to eat the small pot of ice cream that accompanied the meal and needed to get food elsewhere for him after our visit.

   His pancake also didn’t come with sprinkles as stated on the menu and we were informed as his food came out the ice cream flavour he ordered was out of stock too and only chocolate was available.

   Didn’t feel valued as a customer especially when we come here relatively often. A real shame.

2. Very slow service at lunchtime. I wasn’t impressed by the food quality. Waiting staff not attentive and didn’t give any updates on the reason for delay. Won’t return.

3. Food was incredibly overpriced and poor value for money. Neither of my kids who were starving ate much. Service was good though.

4. What a lovely chilled out brunch we had on Sunday. As a mini family get together we were a group aged from 6 months to 75 years, and we all really enjoyed it.
   The menu has something for everyone, beautifully cooked and presented, good portion sizes, and efficient service with a smile.
   Prices are reasonable and the surroundings comfy and classy, so we’ll definitely be back.
   Booked easily only a couple of hours beforehand, can’t ask for better than that!

5. Great place, especially for breakfast, good selection to suit all tastes. The quality and presentation is excellent with friendly and efficient waiting on staff. Can get very busy on weekend mornings. Never had a bad meal yet.
