F E A S T E D – Chef’s Table

1. An Unforgettable Culinary Experience!

   FEASTED was truly a dining experience like no other. From the intimate setting to the incredible dishes crafted right before our eyes, every moment was memorable. Each plate was a work of art, blending local ingredients with innovative flavors that delighted us at every turn. Chef Alex’s passion for the heritage of Stoke came through in every story of each dish, adding depth to the already outstanding food. Sharing this journey with fellow food lovers was the perfect touch. Highly recommended—this is an experience you’ll never forget!

2. Fantastic evening at FEASTED.

   We’ve been lucky enough to try many fine dining restaurants around the country, but this is our first chef’s table. It was an absolute treat, and we’ll certainly be doing it again. The food really does speak for itself.

   Huge thank you to Alex and his team, who really showcase the history of Stoke through their food. As out-of-towners, it was nice to hear some of the history of the town, and have dishes that portray each story.

   We’ll wait with anticipation to see what the future holds for FEASTED.

3. We spent way more than we usually would on a meal out but it was totally worth it. We eat out a lot and this experience is totally different to anything else we’ve had, possibly unique. The focus is the food but this experience is so much more . Each of the dishes was absolutely amazing, a combination of sometimes surprising flavours that worked every time. Each of the 9 dishes is hand crafted before your eyes, from seasonal ingredients, local where possible. Then each is described to you, not just the ingredients but the inspiration for the creation of the dish, again often locally based. This month’s theme was a utopian vision for the future of Stoke on Trent, shared with passion and an explanation of how Feasted are doing their bit to contribute to local regeneration and education. Each sitting is limited to 10 people, sharing a table, watching the chefs create each dish at the other end of the same table. The only thing we all have in common is love of good food. Sharing this experience with strangers is one of the joys of this unique experience.
   You must try this place. You won’t regret it and you’ll remember it for ever (especially if you take photos like I do)

4. Had the pleasure of visiting FEASTED for a celebratory dinner with family and loved ones. From the very start we knew we were in for a treat, such a unique venue and the intimate chefs table was fantastic. Each dish was a feast for the eyes and tastebuds and the introduction by head chef Alex was passionate about the heritage and local produce used. The young chefs are an inspiration and clearly relish the opportunity feasted offers, an awesome concept. Thoroughly recommended for anyone that loves great food in a unique setting. Keep up the good work and hope to join you again in the future.

5. Came here tonight with a family of 6. It was lovely with confident head chef presenting his meals and wine pairing chosen well. We added an extra bottle of the first wine so we could get drunk as their wine pairing only came with 3 glasses over 6 courses.

   The team were fantastic and the food was brilliant, it was a really lovely night, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience in the area
