  1. Nice restaurant with a great atmosphere.

Coming in you see all the food options on display. Some in bowls, some in sandwiches, and the coffee. They give you the story of the restaurant, that it’s single sourced and is of Arabic origin. Especially with the name being Yallah, which means let’s go.

The sandwiches are flavorful and with fresh ingredients.

There aren’t that many tables, but they’re accommodating.

  2. WOW! Where do I even begin? Café Fed in Redland is definitely a café with a difference. Honestly, from the outside, it looks rubbish might not even know it’s a cafe. I walked in and, well, let’s just say the interior decor didn’t exactly scream, “Prepare for greatness!”

Naturally, I scourer the menu and started my hunt for the holy grail of all café menus—bacon and sausage. To my utter shock, there was nothing of the sort. Nada. Zilch. I thought maybe I was in the wrong place.

So, slightly confused, I approached the lovely gentleman behind the counter and asked for his recommendation. He calmly suggested I try either the Black Garlic Toastie or the Chorizo Brie Chilli Jam Toastie. We ordered both and split them—because who doesn’t love halvesies.

Now, let me tell you about the Black Garlic Toastie. At first, I was a bit nervous about the blue cheese—because, you know, blue cheese can sometimes taste like it’s plotting to overthrow your taste buds. But this toastie was nothing short of a miracle. The blue cheese wasn’t overpowering; it was just perfect. The ingredients were top-notch, the flavors were spot-on, and the cheese pull? 10/10. I’m already counting the days until I can eat this again.

And then there was the Chorizo Brie Chilli Jam Toastie, which was like a posh pizza dressed up for a fancy gala. Absolute perfection. I may have shed a tear of joy.

The coffee was nice, too, and to top it all off, they gave us some mint and cucumber water that was so refreshing, it made me feel like my taste buds had just been on a spa day.

So seriously, you need to try this place for yourself. It’s a little pricey, but trust me, every penny is well spent. But here’s a tip from the wise: the lovely gentleman behind the counter mentioned that they usually sell out of the good stuff by 1 pm. So, don’t be a slacker—get there early! As they say, the early bird gets the toastie!

  3. My first time there to order a couple of takeaway threats for breakfast.
Got a butter croissant and a pecan toffee bun, croissant is huge and very fluffy with a rich buttery flavour.
Pecan toffee bun comes from another world, incredible delicious.
The atmosphere is nice and people working there too.

  4. Oh hello. Had a long journey so popped in here to fuel and blimey, what a place. Lots of baked goods. The sausage roll was superb, I highly recommend – and I eat a lot (too many) sausage rolls. Also had a lovely strawberry and cream danish. Definitely made the journey feel a little bit shorter.

  5. Brilliant cafe off the main track. Pastries were amazing. Cool and friendly service. Great coffee produced with Fair Trade etc in Cornwall. What’s not to like.
    Update : July 23
Their. Coffee is now sent on a sail boat from Colombia. Amazing!
