1. Loved it. Reallly real nice food, spuds were not so crispy, and the sticky toffee was heavy on the orange zest BUT the overall meal was ace will definitely go back. Mrs daughter loved it too.

2. Nice place, great service but the food is a disappointment. I have ordered a rib eye steak, medium, with wild mushrooms and seasonal veggies aside.
   It came well done, no seasonal veggies and those are definitely not wild mushrooms – just ordinary champignons.

3. Back again to try the Sunday lunch! We really enjoyed the food with great service and lovely vile sitting outside in the sun!

   Had quick drink sitting outside in the sun. This is a great place to come when the weathers good!

   I would like to come back to try the food!

4. We visited Nottingham Castle for the afternoon and wanted an early dinner. After seeing reviews on trip advisor we decided to try them out. Service was friendly and made some great recommendations. We tried the herb and goat cheese souffle, steak and ale pie, the fish and chips and the raspberry and white chocolate ice cream. Everything was prepared perfect and servers were attentive. On our way out they even had some great ideas on other places to visit in town.
   We accidentally left our bag and in an attempt to get it back to us, they rang the locations they had suggested. It was such a relief to get it back.
   They were fantastic all the way around.

5. 2nd time in Nottingham and found this place by the castle. Enjoyed it emensely! Had a scotch egg which was cooked petfect and the mustard sauce and picked onions make it even better. Had the steak and ale pie and again full of flavor and the veg was excellent as well!
