  1. The experience was excellent. The pizzas were delicious, but what truly made the difference was Patricia’s service. Her kindness and efficiency made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Patricia!

  2. Visit with the family. Service was average although not pointing fingers at the staff, it comes across as long standing culture within the team dynamic. It wasn’t poor service but at best average. The last who served us was better than the other chap. When we got his attention to look at some burnt pizza he acknowledged me but gave me a nod as if I should shout across to where he was standing on what I needed. The pizza was changed so no dramas. One of the main disappointments were the Aperol Spritz, it was the smallest glass (same one they use for water) and filled with large ice cubes. Disappointing and felt ripped off! We had visited another restaurant (The Stable) the night before and felt that they served better pizza and better service. Hope the staff
can pick this up and make changes.

  3. I had a great visit to Franco Manca in Bournemouth for lunch recently. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely fantastic.

We started off with an incredibly generous sharing board, which featured a great selection of Antipasti items. It was really good value considering how much was on there. The Pizza was of course the highlight, with the light and crispy base and flavoursome toppings – it was amazing. I’ve been to Franco Manca a number of times and never had a bad Pizza!

Overall, the entire meal was great value, the food was top-notch and I would certainly recommend a visit if you’re looking for a tasty meal out that doesn’t break the bank.

  4. We came here looking when we were just in the area for the evening and saw some good reviews, oh my the nicest pizza ever!! service lovely food amazing!! will definitely be back when visiting again and told everyone about this place!!

  5. Fantastic pizza restaurant! Seeing the pizzas being made behind the counter and the smell of the sourdough is enough to make any mouth water!

The staff were extremely friendly and never kept us waiting!

The Garlic Bread we had for starters was so good, you could taste how fresh it was and the garlic was quite strong, which personally I loved!

The main event, the pizzas, were perfect! The sourdough base were just as tasty and the smell promised and were a perfect serving size!

I have to recommend the dips as well, we had Pesto, Stilton and Chilli. Everyone at the table couldn’t get enough so definitely worth ordering to go with the food.

If you’re in the area and fancy pizza, you should definitely try Franco Manca.
