  1. Really great steaks, perfectly seasoned. Had fillet and rib-eye, medium rare, and both were extremely tender. Leo was great at providing recommendations and making arrangements for the meal to cater to our needs perfectly (particularly with one vegetarian and another person who had never eaten beef before). It’s a tribute to the quality of their food that even the latter finished everything! Enjoyed their salmon taco starter too.

  2. Wonderful experience along with great food and the best of table service! The staff are incredibly informative. If you’re local to this amazing spot I’d highly recommend giving it a try! The wide variety of food and beverages surely has something for everyone.

  3. From the moment we walked in, I could tell this was somewhere special. The staff greeted us, took our coats and took us to our table which was a booth in what they call ‘millionaires row’ (we are far from it 😂). Our waiter, Leo was amazing. Don’t like calling him a waiter because he is so much more than that. He brought us a meat board with all the different cuts of beef on the menu and told us all about each one and how best to have it cooked. We ordered our food and when I took that first mouthful of steak I was in heaven. OK, not in a mythical place but what I’m trying to say is it was out of this world. The sides and sauces were amazing too. Then came the desserts. We had a cheesecake which I can’t remember the name of but they’ll recommend it to you I’m sure. We also had a fruit dessert which again, no clue what it was called. I ran out of adjectives when it came to describing the food because it was quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. The whole experience from start to finish was a pure joy. We will be back. Thanks to Leo and the chefs who cooked our amazing food.

  4. The Wife and I recently visited and shared The Gaucho Sampler sharing board. At the time of posting this was £130 and included 1.2kg of meat across four cuts; fillet, rump, sirloin and ribeye. All meat was cooked Medium Rare (as recommended). The food quality and presentation was exceptional and definitely on par with some of the best steakhouse restaurants we have visited elsewhere in the country. We felt the service was “ok” but not worth the 12.5% discretionary tip that was on our bill at the end. To reflect this, we reduced the tip to just under 10%. The atmosphere was nice but not as good as other steakhouse restaurants we have visited elsewhere in the country; whether this is due to the fact we visited on a week night is hard to tell but it was still a nice evening with candles lit on tables and background music playing.

  5. Service was excellent.
Had the never-ending roast, which was excellent. The way it worked was that after the initial plate, they came and asked us what we wanted more of, then they brought that, and repeat.
