Best meal of my life! Not an exaggeration; truly this was the most delicious meal I’ve ever had. Scrumptious wine pairing (we loved the first wine so much we were thrilled we got it twice), gentle and knowledgable staff, gorgeous atmosphere. A must visit.
Fantastic and innovative vegan French cuisine served slowly by expert waiters. It was quite the experience to have and makes for an ideal special occasion. Highly recommended.
This was my second time visiting Gauthier and it was just as magical as the first. The food is outstanding. So beautifully presented and everything tastes out of this world. My favourites this time were the Golden Potato and BBQ Maitake d’Ete, both delivered on flavours and textures that I just couldn’t get enough of.
We were visiting this time for our anniversary, Maxim and his colleagues made us feel welcome and were attentive throughout our dining experience. The happy anniversary message on our dessert plates was a lovely, thoughtful touch. Great experience, will happily visit again.
Omg this was the best vegan meal experience I’ve ever had. It was a set 10-course menu and everything was exquisite. The flavors exploded in my mouth and every dish was so unique. My favorite was the brioche croissant with the pesto dipping sauce. The service was impeccable. The servers were so friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting London who wants a more upscale dining experience. So happy they were able to squeeze me in.
We came for petit diner summer 24 and it was by far the most exquisite meal I have had in my life! Gauthier has crafted the perfect vegan tasting menu which is not only just as good but better than the famous French gastronomic dishes which are so often anything but vegan. From the first dish to the last dessert everything was such an honor to try with so many unique flavors textures and colors that even the carrots were an excellent display of culinary talent and even the explanations of how they were put together remind you of the innovation of turning vegan vegetables and ingredients into something such as whipped feta so savory and realistic with a slight tang which made me question for a moment if it was even vegan! I also love the message of the experience that vegans can enjoy fine dishes on par or surpassing their non vegan counterparts without any harm to the world. If you’re lucky enough to be in the area this is an experience that cannot be missed and I can only imagine how much more incredible dinner must be!
