Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

1. Ordered a big daddy burger and it was the biggest disappointment so far. The patties were raw in the center, sloppy is a under statement. Buns were completely soggy with the bbq sauce a literal puddle in the foil of sauce. Very unappealing, my dog didn’t even want it. Good bye $20 burger.

2. Very kind kids, my online order never appeared in their system and they were kind and figured it out. Ultimately retaking my order, and providing excellent service to me. Technology is frustrating, things like this happen and it’s no one’s fault.

3. When only a # 15 (Chicken Tenders, Sweet Potato Fries, small Lemonade) is ordered… and ALL the fries are burnt and ALL 5 pieces if chicken are WAY over fried and missing more than half of the breading… The hands that passed that out to a customer really screwed up.
   Good Times doesn’t advertise Chicken-jerky and scraps of burnt fries.
   I find it frustrating when a local, small-town place, staffed by locals, has Zero integrity for Product Quality.

4. I used to love eating here, but from now on I’ll be checking my hamburgers before I leave the parking lot. This bacon looks disgusting and not edible. I remember their hamburger patty’s being fresh and delicious, this one was giving frozen hamburger vibes. Not worth $45 for three meals.

5. As soon as we walked in i notice all tables are dirty.
   1 person sitting down im guessing a employee not eating on his phone . Placed our order and I asked if they could clean a table . She did wipe them down with a wet cloth left it wet I had to dry it with a napkin. I ordered at 7:04pm And it’s 7:25pm only 2 cars have ordered and we are still here . They have not cleaned up any of the other tables . Not sure how hard it would have been to clean all tables and trash at the same time . Not happy with how dirty the place is . Bugs flying all over a bucket of water and I don’t know what else is in the table behind us . Somebody is not doimg there job .
