Granny Mac’s

1. Absolutely dreadful experience! Ordered breakfast for a birthday celebration, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The order arrived 30 minutes early, which would have been great if the food wasn’t practically inedible. The bacon was undercooked and served in soggy rolls, there were no sausage rolls as ordered, the chips were only half-cooked and cold, and to top it off, the smoked salmon panini was served in a partially baked roll that was cold, hard, and flaky, with barely any cream cheese. It was a complete waste of money, time, and appetite. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment! Wish I had read the reviews beforehand but was rushing

2. We ordered food from here through Just Eat – waited over an hour for the food to arrive, but the order disappeared from the app after the money was taken out. In turn, we tried calling up Granny Mac’s and they were rude and hung up immediately. We called them again and they said they had cancelled the order but we were not notified of this nor contacted to be made aware. Horrendous customer service and communication skills.

3. Absolutely the worst breakfast Ive ever had!! Chips were raw, sausage was cheap and nasty, toast was soggy…. and the delivery driver arrived in a Roath auto parts van and was covered in oil

4. Always a good breakfast and the Sunday roasts are an absolute mountain of delicious food for £9.95. Couldn’t recommend enough.

5. Hubby had a big breakfast yesterday 😋 it was the best he’s ever had and filled him up all day!
