Greggs

1. Good food but the service and staff is not very helpful, they’re always in a rush to finish even if they have no huge lines. They’re a bit rude and appear to be annoyed.

2. Good Greggs. Lots of different sandwiches, pasties and drinks.
   It gets busy during rush hours.

4. Parking can be a little tight along the lane at peak times but that doesn’t negate from the quality of the food or friendliness from the staff.

   I’ve always loved Greggs (their sausage rolls especially) and I’ve grown up with this specific branch nearby for years and it’s never disappointed me, always providing fast, efficient service.

   The rewards app is another added bonus as I can pop in, order, then scan through the app and be on my way.

   They do offer the option to eat in as well if you wish to finish your food then continue shopping/exploring elsewhere along the lane.

5. Extremely poor service I received this morning.
   Female middle aged staff continued to chat to customer in front of me about personal business, even though this customer had already paid and received her food, but yet had me waiting the best part of 2/3minutes as she wouldn’t break the conversation in order for the rest of us to be served.

   On top of that, the touching of your sandwich with bare hands and still taking money, lets me know they have no hand wash procedures prior to making your food.

   I will not be returning!

   The young man called TJ, is kind, the other lady… awful
