Greggs

1. One of two locations in the same mall, but this one has a much nicer ambience, it has an open front to the rest of the floor making it seem much bigger than it is. It is a lovely place to sit and chat and decompress from the day as it is a very calm place. The selection of food and drinks like any other Greggs is varied and easy on the wallet compared to other chains.

2. The Greggs on the top floor of the Mall Galleries is a nice sized store. There are a few tables and a large shop entrance.
   The counters were well stocked with food and drink.
   The staff member who served me wasn’t the best, not sure if it was too early or she was rushed off her feet.
   The counter where you get your condiments was dirty and needed a wipe down.
   I had the porridge and it was revolting, it was watery, tasteless and inedible, I had to leave it. My husband had a baguette and he enjoyed it.

3. Friendly efficient staff , great selection of edibles available. The seating availability is rather bad though, not many tables available

4. Every sandwich is freshly made by hand with quality ingredients – the biggest lie in retail ever published. The sandwich was so bitter that even removing ingredient by ingredient did not help the taste. Skip! By all counts, skip!

5. Greggs is fast food for pastry lovers.

   It’s fairly cheap, reliable, and taste quite nice.
