Gwesty Cymru Hotel

1. We have just spent the weekend at this lovely boutique hotel on the seafront. A very warm welcome from all the staff in the team and this continued throughout the stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was beautifully presented and super clean. There is a lovely bar and eating area at reception. We shall definitely be returning. Many thanks to Gareth, Hannah and all the team.

2. I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. The new management team have made a great hotel even better. Service was incredible as always.

3. Fabulous location and chic, stylish interiors. Made to very welcome by the wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

4. I pulled up outside at 19:00 and luckily they had a room spare. For a moment fear ebbed into my soul as I thought I would have to spend the night in the Premier Inn! The hotel is great, spacious clean rooms that are well appointed. The staff always make the difference and this hotel is no exception, the staff are brilliant. The views are impressive as well.

5. We booked for a meal, and received a call asking us to call a bit later due to an issue with the chef arriving. We arrived a little later than the booked time, and then waited over an hour for two burgers. The food when it came was pleasant enough and the staff were wholly apologetic. Inside is a little cluttered and there were parcels scattered about the dining area. Not likely to return again based on this experience alone.
