Our new favourite place in Liverpool. Such a quirky 1980s cabinet of curiosities with great local craft beer to boot. Lovely owner made us very very welcome and provided us with a self produced Liverpool map for a more unusual and off the beaten track experience.
Was visiting Liverpool from London, but originally from Skem, so I’ve always had a soft spot for this city. London needs a place like this, with people like this.

My friends and I were walking around the neighborhood waiting for our hotel check in time. We saw Hobo Kiosk and said yes… that is where we would like to be right now.
Unfortunately the bar was not yet opened, but we were committed at this point. We killed some more time and then headed back. We almost skipped going in because we would be cutting our dinner reservation close, but again… we were committed to this awesome venue, so in to Narnia we went.
WOW! So happy we did because when everyone says this place is a “hidden gem” that is an understatement. Great atmosphere and decor. Cozy and whacky. Wonderful beer selection (as well as some non-alcoholic options). The owner behind the bar was welcoming and very funny. Even provided us with a “secret” and very helpful map of the area.

Great little basement bar serving small brew beers on draught and cans. Owner/ manager is a great laugh and always friendly. Inside the pop art decor is really interesting and guaranteed to spur on a few days conversations. There’s a nice little place to drink outside as well when the sun is out. Definitely recommended.

Utterly amazing. Utterly bonkers. Utterly friendly. And that’s just the host! Eclectic decorations utterly make this venue as “must go” – if you don’t visit you are missing out on a visual treat. Nice beer, good selection. Super friendly. Super little bar and so much more…
