Hot Mix Indian Restaurant

1. Ordered a delivery which didn’t come. Rang back twice to be told both times its out for delivery.over 2 hours later and still not here. Definitely won’t be trying here again. E

2. Ordered a delivery this evening. After 2 hours of waiting, called to see how much longer it would be. Got every excuse under the sun claiming their own website is actually a 3rd party app and it took them 90 minutes just to get the order.
   Food eventually turned up showing all the signs of being slung together. Kebab had a rancid smell and taste to it, it went straight in the bin. Definitely wont be back.

3. Would order alot off use but tonight the food was just horrible, I’d order 2 spicy poppadoms and got normal ones with spice threw on them and they were uneatable and crushed to pieces! The lid of the rice was used to try get a pen to work and full off marks and also had red spice all over it and dirty! The food just taste off curry powered! Also was freezing Very disappointed in this as I was a loyal customer.

4. The food from this place is totally appalling. My son ordered a Hawaiian burger, it came as dry bun, a like warm rubbery burger and 4 small cubes of pineapple, that’s it, not even any sauce?!! The vegetarian curry was swimming in oil and both looked and smelt horrible. We binned the lot. After having waited just over an hour for this rubbish had to start making dinner anyway. THE WORST!!

5. Terrible service, after waiting over an 1.5 hours, we phoned the restaurant to be told the delivery was on the way, over an hour later the delivery driver turned up, the food was returned.
   From other reviews it looks like deliveries are diabolical with food being kept warm and delivered massively late.
