Iceland Supermarket Reading

1. I’ve used this particular Iceland store for about 11 years now! Of course there are staff charges over the years, but the team are always good to me! The drivers are very courteous, the till staff never make me feel uncomfortable, and the management they have are very good and helpful too! The only thing letting Iceland down is the cost of things now (very high), and not what Iceland used to be, so I find myself shopping at lower cost stores. Due to particular dietary requirements in my family, it has become less easier to purchase what is needed from a financial point of view and we can’t eat the £1 meals unfortunately! There are only a few things I can buy there now and certainly not as often as I would like to be able to. However, I will continue to use this store when I can because the staff do right by the customers. Thank you Iceland Caversham

2. While I was shopping I saw staff being rude to someone with very clear learning disabilities. Just straight up unacceptable

3. Brillant staff and good food keep it open in town center

4. Easy to find stuff although the aisles are full with Xmas bits so abit hard to get anpushchair around them. But otherwise lots of stock

5. Always cheap prices and even more discounts if an OAP on Tuesdays.
