Java Jax Good Roast Coffee

1. Came with my wife this afternoon this was our second visit to Java Jax and instantly we were greeted with a smile by the owner Greg amazing atmosphere and great personality. We had Iced Pumpkin drink and an Arnold Palmer was amazing homemade highly recommended. We also had the homemade tomato soup it was the best tomato soup me and my wife have had perfect flavour. We also had the Pepperoni and prosciutto & honey flatbread pizza and also tasted amazing. As a bonus we got 2 homemade gingerbread cookies fresh out of the oven included with our meal they were very good homemade as well. Overall I would rate the food 10/10 service 10/10 overall experience 10/10 very good local restaurant highly recommended to everyone to try and enjoy. Thanks once again Greg for a great experience hope to be back soon.

2. Amazing local Coffee shop in Galt with friendly staff, delicious food & drinks, and one super friendly, caring owner, Greg!! Greg always goes out of his way to make your experience wonderful! Lovely ambiance, pleasant decor, and a wonderful addition to our growing community! So glad to have discovered this cute, little coffee shop! Their Pumpkin Cheesecake is incredible! Highly recommend everyone to try this shop you will not regret it! I only wish I found it sooner!

3. We went to Java Jax a few minutes before closing time. In spite of that we got amazing service by the owner and the staff who did not rush us into anything or out of the shop. Infact they served everything with a smile on their faces. And we had the best banana bread with chocolate chips, ever, served warm and with love. I highly recommend the Cafe.

4. I truly cannot praise this place enough. Java Jax has become my favorite café, restaurant, and third place. From the moment I first stepped in, Greg and his entire staff have consistently made me feel beyond welcomed, cared for, and appreciated.

   If you’re looking for a spot where the staff not only perfects your drink down to the smallest detail but also genuinely cares about you as a person, this is the place. It’s everything Starbucks wishes it could be. Greg’s commitment to his customers is incredible—not just for me, but for every single person I’ve seen walk through these doors.

   The first thing you’ll notice about Java Jax is the unparalleled customer service. Greg seems to recognize everyone who comes in, creating a warm, familiar atmosphere that feels like home. The attention to detail and personal touch are what set this place apart. Whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth, you’re treated like family.

   Java Jax is one of the few places I’ve ever been to where every single drink and food item is consistently great. Their vegan options are thoughtfully crafted, not just an afterthought to fill the menu. Everything is prepared with care, and it shows.

   Greg goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s serenaded customers with birthday songs on his piano, shared his own compositions, and always ensures everything is perfect. One time, I accidentally stayed long after closing, but instead of kicking me out, Greg welcomed me and made me feel at ease. He’s even whipped up a soup on the spot as the café was closing, chased customers down to give them their coffee, and returned change when a slight miscalculation occurred. His honesty and kindness are truly rare.

   If I could only go to one café for the rest of my life, it would be Java Jax. This café is more than just a place to grab a coffee—it’s where I’ve experienced some of the best of humanity and moments that feel almost magical.

5. The owner is a very nice guy. We went there to buy coffee for our espresso machine. He explained everything and gave a nice demo.

   He welcomed us with a yummy cookie . Will be back for sure
