1. Their matcha, unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst matcha I’ve ever had in the UK. The barista didn’t even mix it properly—I had to stir it myself after receiving it! Even after that, the taste was still off. It was either low-quality matcha or poorly prepared, leaving a bitter and unpleasant aftertaste. I won’t be returning here again.

2. I’ve been to Jericho a few times now, slowly filling up the stamp card. Lovely atmosphere, lovely staff and some of the best Coffee I’ve had, looking forward to trying their beans myself at home!

   It was also super interesting hearing staff talk about the Coffee plan growing in the window, looking forward to seeing the cherries ripen!

   Update after returning weekly for a few months now: The standard of the coffee hasn’t changed one bit! Still as delicious as the day I first tried it. Would highly recommend their selection of beans too, especially the Slava Ukaraini and the Adventures Blend.

3. Coffee is good. The staff are friendly. I really like the complimentary coffee when you buy a bag of beans. It’s nice to walk along the nearby river too.

4. It’s a lovely place and their coffee beans are good. However, coffee quality depends very much on the barista who’s making your coffee. Everyday there is a new barista and The management should fix this concern.

5. Jericho coffee traders is a staple for coffee in Oxford. This particular coffee shop in a somewhat offbeat location is not an exception: tastefully decorated, friendly service and great coffee. With the club card you get one coffee for free after buying eight. I very much recommend JCT and this branch in particular
