1. hmmmm.

   Lovely cake.

   May need an attitude check though.

   I jokingly questioned the £1.99 price for a jam donut….

   Wish I hadn’t…..took away from the experience.

   Suggest some customer service training especially with high priced bakery goods.

   Didn’t help when flimsy plastic carrier cost 7p extra.

2. Just get any of the damned cheesecakes and you won’t go wrong.
   Absolutely sublime.
   Cheesecake in its purest and most delicious form.

3. Bought Toffee eclair and you could tell it was not fresh on the first bite it was old more than 1 day old as it was hard and crumbled into pieces, they wouldn’t replace it, really bad experience and customer service, you just lost a customer for good

4. Went in while waiting for a bus.
   Great big slabs of cakes and small delicate looking things.

   The lady was more than happy to cut my toffee cheese cake into manageable slices. She was relaxed and the attitude was fully towards customer service.
   (Just had my first bite, get the toffee cheese cake)

   Well now I know what the foods like there, bang goes my diet.

5. I come here frequently and the sweet apple pastries are incredible!!
