KFC Reading – Broad Street

1. I recently visited KFC, hoping to enjoy a meal of crispy fried chicken, but my experience was nothing short of appalling. As I bit into my piece, I discovered a chicken feather embedded within the batter! Shocked and disgusted, I immediately approached the staff about this. Instead of an apology or any hint of concern, they casually dismissed it, stating, ‘This is the kind of chicken we get from up, and then we batter and serve it to you.’

   This is completely unacceptable. KFC should prioritize food quality and cleanliness, not serve customers meals that are clearly prepared with zero attention to detail. If this is what KFC considers ‘normal,’ then they are failing miserably. I’m utterly disappointed and disgusted. I won’t be returning until KFC commits to providing properly prepared, safe food for its customers.”

2. I ordered today afternoon kfc bucket with 10 pieces original chicken, the food quality is not good, bad taste. Seems like not the fresh food. It’s not looks like kfc chicken. As soon as I placed my order I got the plate with in a minute. I got shocked 🤯 I had ordered for takeout so didn’t check at the time . When i checked the food in home, food was really horrible. I want a refund for that . Please refund me asap.

3. I was enjoying lunch with my husband. Meanwhile someone was watching my bags and other customer’s belongings. Luckily a friendly colleague of KFC diner, her name Tracey, was able to point it out before me and my husband could. So grateful! Great sincere and kind service.

4. I had a 45 minute lunch break and my food took 30 minutes to arrive only after attempting to ask for a refund. It was under staffed and I needed to return to my own work. My food went cold and wasn’t able to eat.

   Didn’t get a paper receipt either and had to show on my phone my order number as they removed it from the collections board when I’d not even got it yet,

5. Went to the store today to get food was cold and undercooked also toilets were filthy
