  1. Nearly all staff members are super friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked. They’re usually a manager floating around the registers ready to help anyone who needs it. Only very rarely can I not find an item or brand. Probably the best Kroger brand store I’ve shopped at, across multiple states. Every once in a while the staff are a little too chatty and helpful when you just want to shop quietly, but it’s worth it.

  2. Wow, what a huge nice King Soopers! Not only does it have a huge abundance of fruits and veggies, meats and cheeses and everything else a grocery store has, but more! A Starbucks with order ahead! A large cafe dining area! A large clothing section with stuff for everyone, aisles of toys, stuff to fix and clean your house, and even things like insta pots and stand mixers. Everything is clean and nice and modern, and is a breeze to find anything you want and check out

  3. I love this store, BUT I was there just this Thursday (9/19) and there was one checkout open, no bagger, and a line of at least 3 behind me. I saw the day manager and some older guy with a beard standing around so I asked if they would help out at the checkout. The old guy was rude to me, but eventually he opened up another check stand (there were still 3 people behind me so that tells you how busy it was) and the manager came over and bagged my groceries. Come on people, help out without a customer pointing out that you’re needed! Their service was great when they first opened, but has gone downhill in the last few months in my opinion.

  4. Really like this store! It’s very big, spacious and clean. All the employees I’ve encountered have been super friendly. Big selection of products. I just wish they’d make sure to push products up on the refrigerator sections. I usually have to climb the shelf to reach certain items like in the yogurt section. Other than that, I enjoy shopping here.

  5. Deli review. I will not use this deli anymore and recommend using another deli.
    The customer service and quality of deli meat at this deli are terrible. Multiple times I have been ignored or received old deli meat ends. Three times now I have received the wrong meat; asked for ham and got turkey. Today, I stood at the counter for five minutes before being acknowledged. I would have been fine with, “Be right with you.” The wildflower honey ham I received had a big line of fat running through it. I realize that people have off days and I know there is no control over cuts of ham, but this happens all of the time at this store. ALL OF THE TIME.
    Suggestion: Acknowledge your customers and throw away bad cuts and stop selling the inedible “ends”. And, it might be good to learn the difference between ham and turkey.
