King Soopers Marketplace

1. I only shop here because it’s the closest place to get groceries. This exact location sucks. They are out of stock on sale items a lot of times. Who’s doing the ordering? Today, 9-21-24 at around 11 am, I was going to get some hot food items. 3 people back there, and 2 never even looked at me. One with blonde hair looked at me with a side eye while her face was slightly turned to pretend not to see me. I stared into her eyes to get some service, and then she walked away. 😂 Don’t work if you don’t want to work.

2. Very easy to use when it came to ordering through the app. My order was brought out in less the 5 min of me pulling up. The King Soopers employee was very friendly and a big help. Thanks king Soopers

3. If you want to pay higher prices than Walmart come here. Also I wouldn’t recommend the delivery service either. I’ve had the driver just leave the delivery at the door even though that was not selected. They also have no idea how to pick produce, had them last minute cancel my delivery in the middle of the delivery window with no real explanation. Best to go to somewhere else.

4. So tired of shopping in a place where their cashiers are grumpy and lazy. They never want to bag my groceries and will stand there and look at you like aren’t you gonna start bagging your own groceries! I personally feel that customer service is lacking!

5. The pharmacy tech I believe his name was Luis has terrible customer service. He is very rude and very standoffish. Management has to do something about his rude personality and terrible attitude.
