KIN+ILK Pontcanna

1. After a long walk this morning, we stopped at this café and were absolutely blown away! The food was incredibly fresh, and the ingredients were top-notch—honestly, the best eggs I’ve ever had. The coffee was delicious, and the hot chocolate was equally divine. They also had great vegan options, which was a huge plus. Overall, a perfect spot for a quality bite and a great drink!

2. An alright place to have breakfast and the avocado on sourdough was delicious and plentiful. Though they could take it down a notch with all the bird seed on top (nuts, flaxseed, sunflower seeds) because i found myself coughing from breathing in it in. On my first initial bite, but anyways all was fine and it’s still a great day.

3. Every time I visit this place, I feel like I’m visiting old friends. The food is consistently delicious and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

4. £9.50 for two small, supermarket pancakes soaked in golden syrup. Definitely not buttermilk! Very disappointing.

5. Our family of six had a fantastic visit to Kin+Ilk in Pontcanna today! The brunch was delicious, with something for everyone to enjoy, from the kids to the adults. The coffee was superb—rich and flavorful—and the service was outstanding. Daniel made us feel so welcome, taking the time to chat with us and even asking for our feedback to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find a place that caters so well to families while still offering top-notch food and coffee. We’ll definitely be coming back!
