Failed to receive a call back twice regarding a tyre for work van. Arrived on time for a 09.30 appointment only to be still sat here at 11.00…this is for 1 tyre change. Apparently Kwikfit can do a whole set of 4 in under and hour. Shame I don’t have a choice where the company vehicle is taken.
1 star was for polite guy at desk struggling with slow PC.
I visited this branch before my long trip to Devon, as I needed new tyres all round. The staff were friendly, prompt and made me feel welcome in their office whilst I waited. I was given an idea of how long I would wait and it was within that time. Very happy with the service A+
Came for an MOT today and couldn’t have gone more to planned, staff very friendly and helpful. Been in for multiple other reasons too in the past and again can’t complain. Lewis was a great help. Cheers
Totally waste of time. I went there for slow puncher to be fixed. Dropped the car they said it should take 40 min. After an hour and a half went back there to see if the job was done. (No phone calls of course) No one said anything and I was still waiting near reception with my two children. I felt like I better ask how long more I would be waiting, the man couldn’t wait to get rid of me and said the job is done. I could tell from our conversation clearly he was lying and he said this is on us you can go. Gave me the nail I asked to see, sadly he just picked up a random nail and handed to me. It wasn’t the nail I took the picture of the night before and I can confirm now I checked my tyre the nail is still on the tyre. Very rude and spoke to me like I am an idiot and won’t understand anything. No paperwork, no proof of the job was actually done of course he didn’t want to charge me for the job he hasn’t done. Never trust them, they are totally waste of time.
After a fault appeared on my Citroen, I phoned KwikFit and they fitted me in very quickly. They diagnosed the problem quickly and in a timely manner. I was in and out within half an hour. The charge was very low. Great service.
