A friend and I travelled to meet here following a recommendation from a local, which was worth the effort. Efficient and friendly service with a lively atmosphere. The food is really tasty, and we found ourselves ordering more plates. My friend is gluten intolerant, so their option to produce some of the breadcrumbed dishes as non-glutten was appreciated. Will definitely come back.
The atmosphere was very cozy, the service was good, and the staff was friendly. However, I was disappointed that the food did not resemble the Spanish cuisine, despite the restaurant promoting itself as such. The decoration, with some names of famous streets in Madrid and Barcelona written incorrectly, already made me suspect that I was not going to have an authentic tapas experience. As someone from Spain, I believe they could improve the authenticity of their “Spanish dishes” to offer a more genuine experience. Overall, it is a place with potential and their dishes that were not intended to imitate Spanish cuisine were really good. I hope they can improve these aspects to provide a better tapas experience in the near future.
Really lovely food but we had to wait around for ages to have our plates cleared to order dessert. This made me anxious as I have autism and when booking, they stated the table needed to be back a certain time. I wouldnt have minded if it didnt state there was a time limit, but service needs to be quicker and more observant of when tables have finished if you want them to be on time for tables being back.
Food was amazing and its really nicely decorated.
First time eating there. Went as a party of 4..had a great time, the menu was great, food was really good. Good selection of drinks. The staff were helpful and attentive.
Other than the massive thunderstorm and downpour nothing put a dampener on our evening.
Lovely food! Plenty of vegan options, meaning we felt like we could actually choose from the menu rather than pick the only couple options available! The chickpeas were beautiful! Super busy so definitely book, service was attentive without being overbearing. 100% recommend!
