1. Food was delicious, pure comfort food! I loved the very cheesy lasagne, amazing, as well as the garlic bread starter 😍 The portions are also generous, great for the price.

   Service was great and very friendly, helpful staff however we did have multiple servers coming and asking the same questions. Be aware that restaurant is quite loud and lighting dark. People were using torches to see the menus. Several times during eating the lights went out completely to do birthday celebrations with very loud banging. We didn’t mind but might not be suitable for everyone.

   Overall we had a great visit and would definitely recommend, thank you

2. Went on a Tuesday night, place was packed while other restaurants nearby were at half capacity. Shows just how good this place is. The atmosphere is superb, food is amazing, service excellent. Can’t wait to go back again, shame we live so far away

3. This may well be the best restaurant in Chester. Excellent and authentic Italian with a varied menu including pizza, pasta etc. Portions are good – highly recommend the calamari in garlic and tomato sauce with bruschetta and lobster pasta. House wine is reasonably priced at £20. Dined as a family of 3 and had the best evening. Thank you to staff for singing happy birthday to my young son, you have no idea how much it made his day. A great visit and we really hope we can return one day.

4. On our way down to the castle and decided to try here for lunch, filled up quickly but food amazing so we understood why! I had the tagliatelle scoglio and my partner had the ham and mushroom pizza. Both very nice and arrived quickly. Reasonably priced.

5. Fabulous authentic Italian restaurant in Chester.
   People were queuing to get a table, and it’s easy to see why.
   We had lovely starters of Burata and Parma Ham, and, Goats Cheese Salad. We followed up with Lasagne and King Prawns with Pasta.
   Everything was piping hot and tasted fantastic.
   Service was friendly and quick.
   Can’t fault the place. Highly recommend.
