La Patagonia

1. My wife took us here for our wedding anniversary. I really needed this, as I had been missing home food. This place does not disappoint. Everything we had was amazing, portions were large and came out in timely manner. Staff were great and made the evening lovely. If you like meat, come here.

2. Great food and ambience and on top excellent customer service. We walked into this place without much thought taking a rsik. But glad we did. Had a really good time eating out steaks.

   Food prices aren’t extortionately high and steak quality is par with top London steak places.

   The only downside is a parking, but for majority it should not be a problem because of great public transport links.

3. We had lunch, and while the food tasted fantastic, I was disappointed with the dish presentation. The atmosphere did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the kitchen was accessible to everyone, which raised hygiene concerns. The chef was preparing some items on the restaurant table, and at the end of his shift, he changed shoes and clothes in the main salon. The toilets were dirty and had a noticeable smell.

4. This was my second time here after a great shared meat platter that was fantastic.

   This time we ordered some premium cuts (cannot remember if it was Asado de Tira or Sirloin) and asked for it to be medium rare. The meat was a bit overcooked so when we complained to the waiter he kindly offered to take the meat back and come with a new plate of meat, which was cooked to perfection.

   The food was delicious and I love the decor and ambiance that is so relaxed and makes you feel at home.

5. It’s average. I ordered the steak rib to be medium, and it was well done. I didn’t bother pointing that out to the staff as I was going to a gig and didn’t have time to wait for another one. It took ages for our food to arrive despite being the first to arrive and ordering before others. Slow service for my table at least.

   Not amazing steaks to be fair and very average. I cook better steaks at home. Still looking for that wow steak place in London.
