Las Iguanas – Cardiff

1. The chicken chimichanga and tacos were really good! Nice 2 for 1 cocktails offer as well.
   The staff were lovely, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, we really enjoyed it here.

2. Meh food, and quite expensive. £13 for a little bowl of (spicy! No mention of this on the menu!) cheese and potato cubes. £20 for fajitas which were very average, had much better at my local chain pub. Meat was very overcooked and chewy. Incredibly noisy due to bottomless brunches at the table next to ours. Glad we didn’t pay full price as we had a gift card. Won’t be returning. Mocktails were the only highlight and a good deal at 241.

3. The food and drink were delicious. The cocktails do not taste cheap or watered down. The food tastes hearty and authentic. Very pleased!

   Vicky served our bottomless brunch. She was extremely polite and helpful. She was always prompt with drinks service and was welcoming and upbeat. Brilliant server!

4. Amazing bottomless brunch, definitely worth every penny. Georgia was great!

5. Food very poor quality and taste. Meat dishes had little or no meat. Bulked up with cheese and rice to keep costs down.
   Decor is poor. There were fruit flies everywhere, buzzing around in our faces. The table was unsteady.
   Staff were polite and attentive but at the end of the day, you go to a restaurant to experience good food. Left them a tip as usual. Would have been better getting a kebab from a takeaway and eating at home.
   Really disappointed overall.
   Had visited the place before but will not be going back.
