L’Enclume

1. A special evening meal on a special occasion. We were a table of 6 so were seated in an individual room just off the main dining room. The service was impeccable throughout, with just the right level of banter from all who served us, friendly and relaxed, and knowledgeable about both food and wines, as one would expect. The food was sublime, beautifully presented, with layers of taste and textures, difficult to pick a favorite course, but the standouts for me were the radish, the onion and the duck. Not cheap, but very good value for money, the skills exhibited are top notch.

2. Fantastic tasting menu and wine pairing. You can really see why the restaurant has 3 Michelin stars, the quality, attention to detail and inventiveness of the cooking was outstanding. All of the staff were engaged, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. The evening was a true experience from start to finish and flew by. We stayed in one of the rooms which was lovely and breakfast the next morning continued the same high quality.

3. A spectacular experience from start to finish. Each dish was interesting, unique and delicious. It’s hard to pick a favorite as I would list off over half the menu however the Orkney scallop keeps coming to mind as something very special. Staff were impeccably trained and so lovely. A place I truly want to revisit.

4. Came here for lunch, was an amazing experience. You could tell all courses had a huge amount of though go into them. Service was impeccable. Did the farm tour on the same day which I would absolutely recommend. Once in a lifetime experience.

5. This place is deserving of all three Michelin stars! My husband and I went here for an anniversary dinner and we were blown away! The food was just amazing and the service top notch. We had the wine pairing along with our meal and we enjoyed every bite and sip!!
