L’Etoile Salon de Tea

1. I had such a lovely first visit here! The cosy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to sit, enjoy my meal, sip tea, and read. I tried the gluten-free version of the vegetarian breakfast, and while they had run out of the sausages, the wonderful staff offered me some tasty alternatives that more than made up for it. Truly welcoming service and a delightful experience overall. Plus, hearing the soft murmur of French conversations around me added a beautiful touch – I may not understand it, but I love how it sounds. 😄 Can’t wait to return!

2. We visited here over the weekend on our trip to Edinburgh for a late afternoon lunch we had the soup of the day and a GF chicken burger we were very impressed and couldn’t fault the food or the service.
   The only thing we could fault was too much choice for cakes !! The staff were very friendly and one lady even offered me a job ha ha

3. Lovely little cafe! Staff were lovely, food was tasty & big portions, and was a nice place to sit and do work for a few hours. Very good for gluten-free options!!

4. Cute and cozy atmosphere. Beautiful pastries and desserts in the case. Delicious breakfast and wonderful coffee.

5. I’ve decided to go to L’Etoile Salon de Tea after seeing some reviews from other celiacs saying they have the best gluten free cakes they had ever tried. Well, I’m here to confirm that. The raspberry lemon cake was absolutely amazing. The british breakfast was also good, but the cake was out of this world. Happy to find these places that make us feel we can still enjoy food besides our restrictions.
