Lidl

1. Personally mostly use other larger supermarkets for weekly shopping as there are more varieties. Use Lidl occasionally. In recent visits, I found the staff members I encountered were courteous and friendly to customers. Much better than their counterparts in larger supermarkets. Wrote this to let them know people do notice. Well done guys!

2. Great shop, amazing bakery with lots of choice for an affordable price.
   The special country or region weeks are always good to try something new, although some of the stuff tastes very cheap and sweet
   There are often queues but mostly they move quickly.

3. Cons:
   1. No self checkouts.
   2. I had to wait for 10 minutes at the checkout due to staff not being properly trained.

   Pros:
   1. Good selection of meat, egg and fish.

   Extra:
   Do you think it is ethical to sell candy and advertise it as it has health benefits. This ad should be illegal.

4. I know people say Lidl is marvellous but I don’t find it easy to find things in this one and I’m not sure how much it stocks of what I need. Admittedly I don’t go that often, though, so maybe I’d learn it if I tried harder, and I like the baked goods section in particular 🥐😋

5. Queue until the fridges! 2 tills open out of 7, what’s the point of having another 5 tills if you never use them? Better use that space for making self-checkouts! The worst looking and managed Lidl I have ever been to!
   I think their fuse box will blow if they open more than 2 till! Ha ha ha.. not funny!
