1. 21Sep. Had a beef burger, cheese board, glass of local wine and port for lunch. Food was tasty, good sized portions, excellent service. Cosy place to dine, lots of parking. Was watching those having afternoon tea with macrons and sandwichs, will definitely try another time. Lovely place to visit, would come again.

2. We were seated quickly and service throughout was exceptional. My salmon starter was fresh and tasty and the roast lamb dinner was delicious. Slightly disappointed with the bread and butter pudding which lacked fruit and flavour. We’ll worth a visit.

   A creative and contemporary menu with high-quality ingredients.
   I really appreciate the locally-sourced aspects of the menu.
   Of course the above comes at a price but worth it in my opinion, especially lovely for a special occasion.
   Looking forward to returning when I’m next in the area.

4. Great views to match the food!
   There was a lunch special £30 for a starter and a main.
   The popcorn cockles and sourdough entrees were also delicious.

5. This is one of our favourite places to eat day or night, evenings or Sunday lunch. The location is convenient for us and a lovely part of northern Cardiff. The restaurant is lovely, modern chic, with stylish wood decor and lots of plants. The service is pleasant and professional. Plenty of helpful, courteous staff.
   The various meals we’ve had there are just wonderful. Quite rich, but if you like plentifully portioned Sunday lunches or fine meat selections and vegetable options, it’s spot on. Good wine selection too, though on the pricey side. Try some of their wines, you won’t be disappointed.
   It really is a special place and a pleasure to dine there.
