1. Lovely food and service. Possible the best poached eggs I’ve had in a long long time.

   Ordered poached eggs on toast and the veggie full breakfast.

   Both presented wonderfully and with excellent ingredients.

   Only negative was the other customers. It’s normal as people can be selfish.

   Recommended highly. Just under £35.00.

2. The service was terrible. The drinks were served far too early, leaving them cold by the time the food finally arrived, which took an unacceptably long time. Additionally, the food was disappointing: the sourdough bread had an odd taste, the poached egg was rubbery, and the French toast was excessively sweet and inedible. Given the poor quality and small portions, it was definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend this place.

3. I had poached eggs on sourdough toast and my favourite pot of Yorkshire tea. Best poached eggs I’ve had in a long time. Lovely presentation. Good atmosphere and service. Shame the washroom door kept opening due to the draft into the cafe. The fact that they even had a washroom and even a kids play shelf with coloring pencils and toys spoke volumes. A little on the pricey side, but a lovely breakfast treat nevertheless.

4. Had an absolutely delicious meal here today. The service was outstanding. Members of our party had certain dietary requirements and the waiter took his time to check with the kitchen what could be accommodated. He was also very polite and patient. Highly recommend the Tadka eggs.

5. Really tasty food, the panzanella was great and the fries were too. Good cake and coffee. One of the staff was pretty blunt/short and acted as if our custom was an inconvenience but we all have bad days, we will return.
