2. Such a lovely little place! Inside is so pretty and cosy…
   Unfortunately we didn’t try the coffee because we went there in the evening, but we were super happy to try some of their deserts 😌 which were delicious!!!
   Very nice, polite and friendly staff! They offered us some information about the deserts they had, which was really helpful in deciding which one to choose.

4. Yesterday at around 4pm, my friends and I had a rather unpleasant experience with this coffee shop. As we were deciding on our drinks, there was no queue, but it felt like one of the male staff members by the barista’s area was looking at us in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. It seemed as though he was judging us and his demeanor was rather unwelcoming.

   When I approached the cashier to place our order, I had a moment of hesitation and sought clarification from my friend, who was nearby. At that moment, the same male staff member interrupted and rather rudely asked why I hadn’t finished placing my order first. His tone and expression were quite off-putting, leaving a negative impact on our experience.

   Throughout our time in the cafe, we observed that the same staff member was friendly and engaging with other customers, but he never acknowledged or apologized for his behavior towards us. Furthermore, it was disappointing that he did not make an effort to check on our satisfaction with the drinks we ordered despite being in close proximity to our table. It was particularly disheartening to receive this treatment, especially considering that we were the only Asian customers present at the time.

5. Got an ice chai latte today. Natalie and her colleague were super warm and friendly.
