   We tried the chefs choice menu this time , absolutely phenomenal. Watching the chefs create the dishes and getting to chat to them was a wonderful experience. 7 courses of heaven. A beautiful selection of wines , great service from knowledgeable hosts is always a winner .

2. Easily the best restaurant in Liverpool. Modern fine dining in a beautiful but relaxed setting.
   Our server (believe her name was Kelly?) was so friendly, recommended some excellent wines, and made us feel right at home. She also chose my partners dishes for him as he didn’t know what to pick, and he loved every single one of them.
   The food here is just fantastic. It’s fresh and exciting, and every plate is a little work of art. The price point is also great for what you get – quite frankly I think this place is massively undercharging, I would have happily paid more.
   I only managed to get one decent picture of the food because I was just too excited to eat it!
   I’d recommend requesting the chef’s table to anyone thinking of dining here. Watching the chef’s work together/around each other to make the dishes is incredibly entertaining. Dinner and a show!
   Love this place, have been a couple of times now and will definitely be back.

3. Cocktails were inventive, strong and delicious. We shared the small plates all exceptional. Highlights were Colchester oysters and the beetroot dish. Service friendly and knowledgable. A must visit when in Liverpool!

4. We had a wonderful, wonderful evening at Manifest tonight. Food was beautifully presented and delicious! Service was welcoming & friendly, and the whole restaurant felt very cosy. We’ll definitely be returning!

5. This restaurant offers a wonderful mix of casual charm and refined dining. The focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients truly elevates dishes like the onion tart and duck hash, which are full of flavor and creativity. The atmosphere is laid-back, with friendly service that makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. While the portions could be a bit larger, the quality and presentation make up for it. Overall, it’s a delightful spot for a special meal without too much formality—definitely deserving of 4 stars!
