Maray Bold Street

1. What a fabulous restaurant.
   We booked for 3:30 and had access to the brilliant lunch menu which offers one mezze and two plates for £19.
   Each dish was delicious and was beautifully presented.
   Three dishes each was more than enough to eat and we had a table full of stunning food.
   Service was friendly and attentive and you can see the chef plating up the dishes.

2. Best falafel I’ve ever had!! My third or fourth time eating at Maray and every time it’s exceptional – love it SO much. The disco cauliflower is incredible too, and the bread and butter date syrup pudding absolutely sensational.

3. Bold Street has truly transformed into a go-to destination for food lovers. With every cuisine imaginable on offer, it’s easy to see why people are flocking here. On our most recent visit, we stumbled upon Maray, a trendy spot that has made waves for its creative, globally-inspired small plates. Maray blends Middle Eastern influences with a modern twist, offering vibrant dishes that are full of flavour and flair.

   We decided to sit outside, where we could soak in the lively atmosphere and watch the world pass by while indulging in their signature Cauliflower Disco—a show-stopping dish. Imagine crispy roasted cauliflower tossed in a mouthwatering mix of tahini, pomegranate seeds, almonds, and fresh herbs. It’s a bold, delicious explosion of textures and flavours that’s not to be missed.

   For dessert, we couldn’t resist their bread and butter pudding. A comforting, yet elevated take on the classic, it hit all the right notes with its rich, buttery layers and just the right amount of sweetness.

   If you’ve never been to Maray, do yourself a favor—go! Yumska!

4. Our absolute favourite place! Great atmosphere, friendly team and amazing food. We are not vegetarian (and the meat dishes are fab) but we love the veggie dishes.

5. Maray is a fantastic small plate concept. The team were professional, friendly and gave great recommendations. The food was exceptional in every way. A must visit if youre in Liverpool or Manchester
