Mayvn Cafe

1. The place is very Instagrammable. Regarding the service, it’s not a smooth ride but the staff is friendly, just make sure you have time. The food and drinks were alright, nothing outstanding. Overall cute but average

2. What a great little stop for a light lunch or coffee. Very friendly service and excellent food. She had the roasted plum and fresh fig salad, and I a ciabatta with brie, fig jam, etc., both extremely good at very reasonable prices. And did I mention attentive, friendly, professional service.

3. Never order the matcha…

   The taste is not bad, but it has a very gritty texture. (They also charge extra for plant based milk)
   I just felt sad drinking it, the staff also did not seem to care.

   The atmosphere is very nice, and quite, big beautiful plants!

4. I had a few hours to spend while waiting for my train to come back to London so decided to find a cute local cafe to go to then I found Mayvn cafe. You wouldn’t know it’s there from outside! It’s like a hidden spot I would say. The decoration is very nice and cozy. I went there on Friday in the afternoon and it was BUSY!

   I got their salted caramel brownie and matcha latte with hazelnut syrup and they were SO GOOD. Would definitely go back to try more.

   It seems like a good place to have working-at-a-cafe day with good drinks and pastries.

5. Very chill and lovely atmosphere. I never got the barista’s name but the blonde barista with an accent who was working this morning was lovely and attentive. The drink was decent.
