  1. How is possoble that at 7 pm you cant sít down with your meal and eat at the table I would never make an order if I would know I have to eat it on the street like homeless! It is disgusting to eat while you stand on the street in cold!!! Maybe better close the whole place

  2. Always had good food and customer service from here and the store is always very clean. I’m not someone who leaves bad reviews, however what happened on Saturday night was a disappointment.
I ordered food and my partner went to sit upstairs and was waiting for me to bring the food up. The store was very busy and it took 15 minutes to be served, which is absolutely fine because I could see it was very busy. After I got served I was about to go upstairs when one of the employees told me that the upstairs was now closed. I thought it bizarre because it was just before 7pm but I explained to her that my partner was waiting for me upstairs and when he went up there the stairs weren’t closed off to the public. She was adamant not to let me through so she went to call him to come down because I had been served the food and we had to go away and eat it on a bench. I can honestly say that I’m very disappointed and perhaps staff members could be a bit more accommodating and not literally ask us to leave (we’re both respectable people who finished work and wanted to have our dinner together there).

  3. It was baller, and a lady in white and a black hat, quite short (I know it doesn’t narrow it down) was very kind and helpful to me and my friend. Edit: her name was Anna

  4. £3 for 3 cheese burgers?!? Yes please! First taste was a bit off (probably Britain’s lack of MSG) but the middle and after taste were just standard McDs. Always a 5 star.
