McDonald’s

1. The atmosphere is pleasant. Here you can eat deliciously and not expensively. There are drawbacks in the service – they don’t put sugar in before coffee and you have to go ask for them separately, and they don’t put out napkins and you can’t take them yourself either, you have to go ask the staff for napkins. Also, the fries were not salted at all (it seems they forgot to add salt to them).

2. Friendliest maccys I have been to. The staff were coming over to check up and see if you needed anything, keeping the tables clean and tidy. Very impressed as I had never witnessed such good service at a McDonald’s before.

3. Ordered with the McDonald’s app and after specifying my table at pickup, my order was delivered quickly (it was a coffee and a snack). The server asked if I wanted anything else and another staff member (maybe the manager?) was walking around ensuring the patrons are alright. Pleasantly surprised at how nice my experience has been considering it’s busy (lunch time) with lots of customers were around.

4. I have visited this MacDonald several times and the staff are so polite and very helpful.

   At times it can get so busy because at the front of the store, there is 1 disabled and 2 collection parking bays and then there is another car park on the right side of the restaurant where 5 collection points and then on the left side of the restaurant there is another 20 car park spaces.

   The food most times is served really fast and some days it can take some time depending on the queue as it can get busy when all the Uber and JustEat drivers are collecting food.

   I wish they would have a separate counter for collection for the delivery companies as their queue is always long.

   I have visited this place many times and even now recently 27th Dec 2022

   Overall a very lovely store.

5. Lovely service, looks odd McDonald’s being in what looks like an old pub instead of the classic McDonald’s building
