1. Very nice shop, great layout, except sometimes the pram gets stuck down the smaller aisles and I reckon wheelchairs would struggle to get through them too. Apart from that no complaints! Has something for all ages. They’re doing a mystery bag at the minute and we got a large one for £19.99 and I feel it was very much worth the value. We got a snack bag, a drink, a medium squishy toy, a ceramic mug, a hair clip, a note book, and sticky notes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good affordable prices. I would 100% recommend coming here!

2. Nice shop, cute, good quality stuff – excellent for gifts for a wide range of people (not just for kids). A huge range of the cutest, squishiest plushies and pillow plushies at reasonable prices, lots of cute novelty and stationery items, interesting Lego-like sets, a range of water bottles and lunch boxes, some cool kitchen gadgets, nice organisational baskets etc., and even some cool toys for pets.
   Nice, polite staff ready to help, but they don’t unnecessarily get in your face.

3. Hi Everyone,

   I’m very upset with the customer service at this branch Reading Miniso. As a regular customer and have shopped at other locations, I would have left a 5-star review if not for this experience. Miniso employee Doina at this Reading store was extremely rude. I’d made a large purchase recently. Despite having the correct receipt for a £4.99 return, she took a long time to inspect it and asked for another receipt.

   Continued to shop inside Miniso, I politely asked for her name due to my dissatisfaction. She ignored me until a colleague intervened, then raised her voice and continued to argue. Eventually, she shouted for me and my mother to leave, claiming to be the store manager and threatened to call security, making us feel unsafe. Later, security confirmed Miniso doesn’t have such personnel.

   It’s a shame, and I won’t return until appropriate action is taken. I hope all customers understand that this brand in general is fantastic and hopefully something will improve for customers to feel safe and respected. To clarify I’d never met this employee before but the regular employees here have fabulous customer service to us.

5. Was here a few weeks ago and had fabulous service from a gentleman working there! He smiled and greeted me as I walked in, and offered me a basket when he noticed I was holding some items. Definitely going back again, and left a positive experience there!
