Mr Villa’s Fish & Chip Restaurant & Oyster Bar

1. We had an amazing time at Mr Villa’s, the staff were extremely on top of everything and obliging to our every need. The food was exquisite and I would highly recommend the crusted cod to both seafood and non seafood eaters as it is amazing. We travelled a long way from Australia to enjoy the Uk seafood here and were not disappointed. Definite 5 stars.

2. The fish and chips here was absolutely banging! Was £12 for cod and chips which I thought was a little bit in the steep side as the cod portion was quite small. They don’t do curry sauce or gravy which was disappointing but to be fair the food we had was lovely. Ended up having mushy peas, tasted peppery very nice. Chips were fresh and super crispy. The cod was cooked perfectly aswell. Was nice to pick up food close to the knap and enjoy it on the beach

3. Wherever I travel I search for « oyster bar » this little place is off the beaten track but so so worth it! All the options, freshness and creativity you can expect from a fish and seafood restaurant at very decent prices as well! We could not decide what to choose so made our own tapas selection from the starters menu, it was all delicious!

4. Amazing little family owned restaurant. Everyone was so polite and the service was great! Had my first sea bass dinner and the fish and chips looked great too! The cheesecake was homemade and AMAZING! Great starters with calamari and oysters! Highly recommend if in the area!

5. Everything was 10/10 not just 5 stars. My husband and I left both saying that was possibly one of the best meals of our life. Absolutely amazing! Beautiful quality food and great service. Nothing could be even suggested as an improvement. Insanely good!
