1. Mr. Wang’s restaurant is a great spot for hotpot, especially if you’re new to the experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making sure first-time visitors feel comfortable. They explain how everything works, so you don’t feel lost, and they are always polite and patient. The food itself is fresh and flavorful, with plenty of options to customize your hotpot just the way you like it. The service is quick, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. It’s clear they care about making every customer feel valued.

2. It was my first time trying their hot pot and it was absolutely delicious. All the ingredients are fresh and lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly, greeted their customer with smile and explained how to order. They also have a good knowledge about customer service. I will definitely come back and will refer them to my friends and family.

3. 4.5/5 in reality.
   Pros: Tasty food, very friendly staff, warm and good place. We can’t fault almost anything at all.
   Cons: Our only con is the fact we were completely new to hotpot and when we asked for help, we weren’t told the recommended of food we should put in and also didn’t know we would pay soup base and ingredients. We took so much food that we paid 105 pounds for 2 hotpots. In reality, this wasn’t really the place’s fault, and for some it might be common sense, but we wish we were explained better to not make that mistake. For the next time we will be more carefull!

4. Food is great however overpriced. It was fun choosing ingredients for your hotpot but there is a minimum weight of 500grams and it’s about £3 for 100grams.
   TIP TO ALL: One bowl of hotpot CAN BE SHARED BY 2 people.
   Also, store offer student discount but didn’t add to sale. Please don’t be stingy with your napkins. Thank you!!

5. Thank you Mr. Wang and the rest of the team for such a wonderful North chinese cuisine experience. Loved every minute of it. On a choose and pick basis, a diner can opt for any thing they like…. from fresh veggies to marinated chicken, meat, frog legs, to fish balls, noodle, etc. The choices are staggering. And then choose the source Base. You warned me of the extra spicy and coy you were right! An extreme challenge as you called….so my bum was on fire this morning….thank you so much.
