Muffin Break Cardiff

1. This is a place I visit for a quick bite, nearly every time I am in Cardiff.

   It’s so easy to get to and is right next to the lifts for the multi-story car park, which is so convenient.

   The food is amazing and looks really good presented in their fridges, and the hot drinks are really nice.

   I highly recommend if you want something quick and fast when you are shopping in St David’s.

2. Plenty of seating and so much choice available in both sweets and savouries. Has all kinds of hot and cold drinks too. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. We had the vegan sausage, the croissant with cheese and tomato( which was really good), cafe mochas, cappuccinos and milk shakes. All really good. Would recommend.

3. Stopped in for a quick bite before we went to a show, the service was quick, plenty of places to sit down and eat too. Lots of choice and what I had was good. My dad had a cappuccino and said it was lovely! Pretty decently priced too considering it’s Cardiff!

4. The shop caught my eye as I was browsing the mall, My family & guest were accompanying me and our hunger goggles were on, So we started picking out the fancy Cupcakes. my mom noticed several flies on one of the Cupcakes on the shelf. I was shocked to see bugs and crawlers on that muffin, We pointed it out to the sales person who himself was taken by surprise, as soon as he lifted that particular muffin, several flies flew and landed on other muffins!! we were truly disgusted and I was embarrassed to have chosen this place to treat my guest.. we canceled our order and walked out …having consumed contaminated items Could cause a serious health risk, management should take notice and ensure fresh and clean food items…..visited on Wednesday 11.09.24

5. I visit here semi-regularly as I live locally and have never had a bad experience. They could be doing more to encourage social distancing but with the restrictions changing, a lot of choices are going to be personal to the customer. Today we had their new Lotus Biscoff Milkshakes which were a refreshing reprieve from the heat. Quick service and they were delivered direct to our table when they were ready rather than us having to wait for them by the counter to be made. They were full of flavour but one was much sweeter than the other (proof that they’re made to order?).
